Yes, there is a signposted point for incidents and lost items, and to resolve any doubts that may arise.
Professional photographic or video cameras are not allowed inside the venue, except in the case of previously accredited media.
No, smoking is prohibited inside the festival facilities.
There are several public transport options such as BUS or TRAM that will have a special service extended on concert days.
TICKETS
Tickets are available for purchase on our website: www.somfestival.es as well as at any Post Office.
No, tickets are not nominative.
There is no physical box office, but you can purchase your ticket on the same day of the event if they are still available through www.somfestival.es/ or physically at any Post Office.
Yes, to do so, you must follow the following steps:
1.Select the type and number of tickets.
2.Select Visa/Mastercard as the payment method.
3.Enter your details, address, and the Cultural Voucher card number in the payment details.
It is not necessary to print the ticket; you can present it by showing the PDF with the QR code on your mobile phone.
It is not possible to get a refund for the ticket. However, you can sell it to someone else.
MINORS
Minors under 3 years old accompanied by their parents have free access as long as they do not occupy a seat.
Minors under 16 years old may attend if accompanied by their parents or legal guardians who must carry identification documents as such.
Minors aged 16 to 18 may attend alone but must have a signed authorization from their parents or legal guardians, as well as a photocopy of the ID of the person who signed the authorization. You can download the authorization here.

Yes, the accompanying parent, guardian, or tutor must remain with the minor at all times.
Food & Drinks
There is an extensive gastronomic area with Michelin Stars available for attendees inside the venue. Please note that you cannot bring outside food and drinks into the venue.
No. SOM Festival already has a gastronomic space and bars for the service of food and drinks at an affordable price.
Yes, in our gastronomic space, you have the option of vegan and gluten-free food. We also have gluten-free beer at the bars inside the venue.
You can pay both in cash and with a credit/debit card at any bar.
