There is no physical box office, but you can buy your ticket on the same day of the event as long as they are available through www.enterticket.es
You don’t need to print your ticket, you can show the PDF with the QR code on your mobile.
It isn’t possible to get a refund. However, you can sell it to another person and change the name on the ticket through the ticket sales website, which has an additional cost of €5.
There are food and drink stalls available to attendees inside the venue. We remind you that you can’t access the venue with food and drink.
No. SOM Festival already has a gastronomic area at an affordable price.
Yes, in our gastronomic area there are vegan and gluten free options. We also have gluten-free beer at the bars.
The payment system is CASHLESS, which works through your wristband. Within the enclosure there are different points where you can top up the amount you want. What you don’t consume will be fully returned five days after the event.
No, you can top up as much as you want, but keep in mind that you will not be able to request a refund for the excess amount until two days after the event and will then take about five more days to become effective.

No, once you are in your assigned seat it can’t be changed.
There is no age limit as long as minors under 16 are accompanied by an adult and minors under 18 have a signed parental authorization.

We have a tent to attend to any emergency that may occur, as well as an ambulance service in case it’s necessary to transfer anyone to a hospital.
Yes, there is a visible point for incidents and lost objects, and to resolve any questions that may arise.
